to bridge the gap between spirituality and mental well-being, making the profound insights of metaphysical wisdom accessible to all.

My journey is a tapestry woven with threads of spirituality, mental health advocacy, and a deep familial connection to metaphysical study.

My connection to ancient wisdom and practices started before I was even born. My grandfather, born in 1890, was a mason, an astrologer, and a numerologist. Even though he passed before I was born, his legacy continued forward. Raised in the Catholic tradition, my path took a significant turn when, at the age of 14, I delved into the esoteric teachings of Kabbalah. This early exploration ignited my passion for understanding the intricate workings of the human mind and laid the foundation for my future career in mental health.

With a decade-long tenure as a clinical social worker, much of which was spent at the prestigious McLean Hospital affiliated with Harvard University, I observed a crucial missing piece in traditional mental health care: spirituality.

Drawing from my own heritage of metaphysical study, I embarked on a journey of rediscovery. Guided by my grandfather’s legacy as a metaphysical scholar and my own encounters with ascended masters and divine beings, I embrace my role as a healer, teacher, and leader.

I embarked on a journey of rediscovery, becoming certified as a master Reiki practitioner, Card of the Magi reader, and eventually launching my own podcast, “The Source Within.”
