What many people don’t realize is how much we pick up—energetically—from the world around us.

We carry stress, emotions, and patterns that aren’t always our own… and often, we don’t even recognize how much we’re holding until it’s cleared.

This can show up in different ways (to name a few):

• Mentally — negative thought patterns, self-doubt, overthinking, rumination, or mental fog
• Emotionally — sudden sadness, anger that seems to come out of nowhere, or feeling overwhelmed
• Physically — tension in the body, such as shoulder or back pain, fatigue, or heaviness

When that energetic load is cleared, people often experience a noticeable shift—feeling lighter, clearer, and more like themselves again.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Reiki Master Teacher, it is deeply important to me to create a space that is both safe and grounded—where you feel supported and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

This work is something I’m deeply committed to.

Typically, individual sessions are $177, but I created this monthly clearing membership for $22 to make ongoing support accessible.

Because this work doesn’t just impact you—it impacts the people around you.
