Professional Background & Expertise

Professionally, I built my career in clinical mental health, spending over a decade as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), the highest level of clinical licensure.

Much of my work took place at McLean Hospital, a Harvard-affiliated psychiatric institution, where I worked with individuals experiencing complex and severe mental health conditions. During my time there, I developed the first Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team to exist within a freestanding hospital system in the nation — a program that continues to provide critical services today.

I served in leadership roles including Program Director and Director of Collaboration and Community Liaison within the Division of Psychotic Disorders, where I oversaw multidisciplinary teams, developed clinical programming, and collaborated across systems to improve patient care. I also provided international diagnostic consultation, contributed to training psychiatry residents, and supervised clinicians toward licensure — a role I continue in my work today.

In addition to my clinical and leadership work, I served as an Adjunct Professor and Field Instructor at Portland State University’s Master of Social Work program, where I taught graduate-level courses and supervised students in their clinical training.

A core strength of my work is the ability to accurately perceive and identify underlying patterns — both psychologically and energetically — often beyond what is immediately visible on the surface.

This capacity has been reflected throughout my professional career. During my time at McLean Hospital, I was selected to provide diagnostic consultation, including international consultations, based on my ability to assess complex presentations with clarity and precision.

That same perceptive ability now extends into my healing work. In sessions, retreats, and trainings, I am able to attune to what is most essential for each individual — helping to identify where healing is needed and guiding the process at a deep and targeted level.

It was within this work that I saw both the brilliance and the limitations of traditional mental health care. While clinical and evidence-based approaches offer essential tools for understanding and supporting the mind, they often do not fully address the energetic and spiritual dimensions where many patterns originate. I began to recognize the importance of an approach that includes — rather than excludes — these deeper layers of healing.

Integration of Energy Healing & Spiritual Work

My own spiritual awakening deepened this realization.

Through a series of profound experiences, I discovered Reiki — a form of channeled light energy, or light-based technology, that works at the source of dis-ease and imbalance within the energetic body.

What became clear through both my professional experience and personal healing journey is that psychological, emotional, and physical distress originate at the energetic level before they manifest in the body or mind.

As a result, healing that occurs at the energetic level creates shifts that are deep, lasting, and often life-changing.

I became a USUI/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, trained under Colleen Benelli, who works closely with William Lee Rand and the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), where I am a professional member.

I also integrated the Cards of the Magi, a structured system based in numerology and astrology, to help individuals understand life themes, timing, and purpose with clarity.

Over time, additional abilities emerged — including developing an advanced energetic clearing method and communication with Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, ancestors, and benevolent galactic beings. These aspects of my work developed naturally as part of a deeper calling to support healing at the multidimensional level.

My Background & Spiritual Lineage

My path into this work began long before I was born.

My grandfather, born in 1890, was a Freemason, astrologer, and numerologist. Though he passed before I entered this world, his legacy shaped the spiritual foundation of my life. Through my own awakening and past-life remembrance, I came to understand that he was an incarnation of Serapis Bey, an Ascended Master whose guidance continues to inform my work today.

I have also remembered lifetimes in which I was the daughter of Thoth and Seshat — lineages that deeply inform the wisdom, clarity, and intuitive abilities I carry into this lifetime. I also remember a lifetime in close apprenticeship with Isis, an ancient Egyptian woman associated with healing, wisdom, and sacred knowledge.

Although raised within the Catholic tradition, I began exploring esoteric teachings at the age of 14, immersing myself in a Kabbalah course and other metaphysical systems. That early study ignited a lifelong inquiry into consciousness, the mind, and the unseen forces that shape human experience.
